Overview of how to invite clients to the Client Portal

To learn how Bridge initially communicates with clients for signing up on Atlas, see this article.

To send individual invites to the Client Portal, navigate to Client Settings found on the settings page.

To invite a client, click Invite Client in upper right corner. Select the client's household and fill in their name and email. Click send invite to complete.

This page will appear blank until clients have been sent an invitation to the Client Portal. Once invites have been sent, this page will list all invited clients and their corresponding household, email, and login history. 

Your client will receive and email invite that will prompt them to set up their Client Portal.

You also have the flexibility to remove the client from the Client Portal using the delete button in the upper right corner.
