Manual accounts allow users to track performance and bill on accounts that are non-custodial or fall under special circumstances. Advisors can now create or update these accounts in bulk, directly into Atlas!

Creating accounts:

1) Login to your Atlas portal
2) Select Clients > Manual accounts
3) Select the "Bulk Upload" dropdown button and select "Create Manual Accounts". Select "Download Template" in the prompt and an Excel document will download to your computer.
4) Complete the Excel document. Each new account requires all 4 categories to be filled. Once complete, save the file.
5) Upload the file to Atlas, and select Next.
6) Review the file contents in the final window. Select "Submit".
Once complete, the manual accounts will be uploaded and ready to go! Note that the advisor will need to allow some time for the information to present after the upload.
Updating accounts:
1) Login to your Atlas portal
2) Select Clients > Manual accounts
3) Select the accounts you are wanting to update, then select the "Bulk Upload" dropdown button and "Update Manual Accounts". Select "Download Template" in the prompt and an Excel document will download to your computer. The file will prefill the account name, number, current balance, and security symbol for the preselected accounts.
4) Complete the Excel document by entering in the ending balance and date. Once complete, save the file.
5) Upload the file to Atlas, and select Next.
6) Review the file contents in the final window. Select "Submit".
