Atlas offers the ability to calculate rebates and single invoice billing for billing groups. This feature is available in the Revenue section of Atlas, and does not have to coincide with monthly or quarterly billings, allowing you to calculate fees or rebates regardless of the current billing frequency.

In order to do so:

1) Select Revenue (in the top right)

2) Select "Run One Off Billing"
3) Select which type of billing (Rebate or Collect Fee)
4) Select the Billing group you'd wish to run*
5) Select the start and end dates

From there, the billing will generate and be placed in the billing reports section.
