Overview of how to remove accounts from Atlas

Advisors now have the added flexibility of removing accounts directly in Atlas!

When would an advisor need to remove an account from Atlas? If a client is no longer using your investment management or advisory services or if all of the assets have transferred out of the account.

Important Note: Please keep in mind, when an account is removed from Atlas this does not remove the account from our database. If you have removed an account in error and would like to reactivate the account, our engineering team must manually add the account back.

โ€‹Please complete the following steps to remove an account from Atlas:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Tab

  2. Search for the client(s) you would like to remove

  3. Select the checkbox to the far left of the client account that you would like to remove

  4. Select Actions, then Bulk Assign and finally Account Status

  5. A screen will populate, the default view will be set to Active

  6. To remove accounts, toggle to Inactive and select Save

(You will need to logout to see these updates reflected in Atlas.)

Important Note: Please keep in mind, when an account is removed from Atlas this does not remove the account from our database. If you have removed an account in error and would like to reactivate the account, our engineering team must manually add the account back. If this occurs. please open a ticket with our team via the BridgeFT.Zendesk.com support portal.
