We hope you have been enjoying your summer! July was another busy month at Bridge, and we wanted to provide some updates on what has been accomplished and things to look forward to.
Here's a brief recap on enhancements made in the past few weeks:
Access your data earlier! Direct feed custodial data is now processed by 7 AM EST, Tuesday through Saturday–nearly 2 hours earlier than before. Trade ready data remains available by market open.
Get support faster - along with having access to our growing Client Success team for phone-based support, you can now easily access all support content directly in Atlas and chat with an agent on our team through Intercom. There are over 50 articles on best practices in Atlas and guidance on understanding the data and reports. We will continue to add articles so that more resource are at your fingertips.
Cumulative net investment sub-report - see a graph of an account market value vs net contributions over time.
Security improvements - in addition to regular backend security enhancements, we have masked account numbers on printed reports. This way no full account numbers display on PDF statements.
Answer more questions during conversations with clients with improvements to Accounts and Households table - the inception date now populates and the table features can be used to answer questions like "How many assets have I added in a given month".
During the rest of this quarter, we will be focusing on some of the following areas:
Integrations - we plan to announce a handful of new integrations that should help automate data flow across tools
Design enhancements - we have begun auditing Atlas’s interface driven from client feedback. We’ll be rolling out more regular improvements to the user interface and experience.
Interact with Bridge's product roadmap - we will be adding a new section on Atlas that will be a great interface to submit feedback. On this portal we will show what is in the idea stage, what is being worked on, and what has been complete. You will be able to submit new ideas and vote on features you think would be useful.
Firm level reporting and analytics - reports that will help give insight into your book of business as a wholeUpdates to billing calculator and billing reports.
