Tables in Atlas are built to be sorted and filtered so you can quickly find exactly what you're looking for.

In the top right corner there are three buttons to help you find specific data. From left to right they are Filter, Columns, and Export.

In addition to these, there are in-table features to help you sort and filter.

Sorting

All the columns are sortable by clicking on the header text. For example, in Performance Data, select the "Account Name" to sort by account names. Click again to reverse this order. An arrow will appear next to the header text to indicate the direction. Columns will be ordered numerically or alphabetically depending on the data that they hold.

You can also adjust columns into different views by selecting and dragging the header you'd like to move.

Filtering

Filters appear between the header column names and the body (data area) of the table. Click into this field and type what you are looking for in that column.

As a default, the table will show all values in that column that contain what you have typed. You can filter multiple columns.

Click the magnifying glass next to the filter field to change the filter from: contains, does not contain, starts with, ends with, equals, or does not equal.

You can also filter using checkbox selection by clicking the filter icon or the Y-shaped icon.  This will display options to choose from to filter a specific column. To turn filters on or off, click the filter (Y-shaped) icon button in the top right.

Column Visibility

Click the columns (two rectangles) icon to view currently displayed and hidden columns. From here choose which columns you want to view in your table and which you'd like to hide. This will update your table automatically. Click the X in the upper right corner to exit the column visibility filter.

Export to Excel

To export your data from a table to Microsoft Excel, click the "Export to Excel" (arrow pointing down) button in the upper right corner. From here select if you'd like to download the entire table (All Rows) or just a select few (Selected Rows). If choosing a select group to download, use the check boxes in the far left column of the table to determine which rows will be exported before clicking the Export to Excel button.
