Printable reports are PDF formatted, branded, include a cover page and a number of sub-reports. They're ideal for email, face to face meetings, and direct mail.

Unlimited Storage & Time Limits for PDF Reports

Currently we do not have any storage limits on how many reports you may have stored within Atlas. Additionally, they do not delete over time or after a certain number of years. Feel free to save and store as many reports as you like.

Generating PDF Reports in Bulk

The primary way to generate PDF reports is via the Clients page. This way you can run reports in bulk for multiple households or accounts.

From the Clients page, use the checkboxes on the left to select the Account(s) you'd like to run reports for. You can also navigate to the Households View to run reports for multiple households.

Once you have your Households or Accounts selected, hit the Actions button on the top right β†’ Generate Reports.

This will pull up the option Generate Reports window. From here, you can select either Monthly or Quarterly for your Period Type.

Alternatively, you can select a Custom Period.

Once the reports have been generated, you can find them under the Printable tab on the Reporting page. You can also opt to receive a notification to your email once reports are ready.

If you'd like to bulk download reports for each quarter, once you have your reports created, navigate to the Printable tab. Scroll to the Start Date and End Date columns to filter the period you'd like to download reports for.

Note: Make sure you have the Start and End Date columns selected in order to view them in your reporting table.

If you'd like to have these reports accessible to your client portal, make sure to select Enable Web/Printable Reports via Client Portal Settings.

Running an Individual Printable Report

To create a single printable report, navigate to the Reports page. From here, you can select all reporting criteria just as you would for a Web Report, and then click Create PDF.

Note: The reporting period size controls how much transaction data shows up in the reports: e.g., buy/sells, deposits / withdrawals, income, realized gains/losses and fees. All other reports, such as appraisals, are taken as a snapshot of the latest date in the selected period.

Downloading reports

All generated PDF reports are available for download under Printable Reports β†’ Download.

By default, this table is set to sort by the most recently created report first. You can use the Table Features to more easily sort and filter to find the desired reports. Simply click Download PDF to save the report to your computer.

You can also select multiple reports at once and then bulk download the reports as well by clicking the appropriate icon.

For further help on running these reports, you can navigate to our Reporting Walk-Through Video's here.
