Billing minimums establish a required minimum amount to be billed on accounts regardless of account size. Navigate to Minimums Setup from the Billing Settings page.
Creating a Minimum
To create a minimum, select Create in the upper right corner. When prompted, enter the annual amount you wish to set as a minimum and use the dropdown to specify if this value is flat dollar amount or a percentage of assets in the account. We suggest naming the minimum to reflect its details (i.e., $1000 per year). Click Save to finish.
You may edit an existing minimum by selecting the purple hyperlink from the list of created minimums.
To delete a minimum, use the checkbox to the left to select the minimum(s) you'd like to delete, then select the Delete button on the upper right corner.
Assigning a Minimum
Minimums are assigned in the Billing Groups Settings. To assign a minimum navigate to Billing Groups from Billing Settings page. Select the name of the Billing Group you wish to assign a minimum. Select the Billing Minimums tab. Use the drop down where it says Assigned Minimums to choose the desired minimum for this billing group. Click Save to finish.
